A. Jacinda Adhern for first female Secretary-General of the UN, because I'd love to see the image of a leader whose core focus was based on Kindness.
B. Smile at a stranger - for two reasons. During some of the darkest moments of my life, it was not the support of friends or family that got me through. It was the kindness or simple smile of a stranger that provided a little light to get me through; secondly, as the global epidemic of loneliness accelerates research suggests that no matter whose face is the other side of a computer screen, nothing fires up the happy little neurons in the brain in the same way as a face to face interaction - even with a stranger.
